We currently ship baked goods to the continental United States.

The following information does not apply to our pies as they are shipped exclusively through Willliams-Sonoma.  Please refer to the shipping information on their website www.williams-sonoma.com.

Our baked goods orders will be shipped out two business days (48 hours) AFTER they are placed. There are many dynamics involved in the shipping and packaging process that determines when it actually leaves our store; time order is received, type of order, destination, etc. We bake the freshest products for our customers and in this effort our baked goods are "made to order".  We do not carry a large inventory in our freezer. 

We ship TWO day transit through UPS for pies and other baked goods using dry ice, as this helps deter shipping costs to our customers and ensures the freshest product is delivered as quickly as possible. All  pie/baked goods orders must be made before Tuesday noon to be shipped that week, as a Tuesday order would be freshly baked, processed and received by Friday. 

All pie/baked goods orders placed After Tuesday noon through the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. 

We DO NOT SHIP on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays under the TWO day shipping policy for pies and baked goods.

However, for additional fees you may ship OVERNIGHT or for SATURDAY DELIVERY on Thursday or Friday. In this instance, the product(s) ordered are not  "made-to-order" as this quick turnaround requires using the available inventory in our freezer. Therefore, not all products are available to ship overnight and limited to what we have available in stock.

The ONLY items available to order online and ship are featured on the website. We sell a limited selection of pies and baked goods online versus what you can purchase in the shop.

 You cannot call the shop to place an online order over the phone. All online orders must be placed on the website.

MERCHANDISE orders are shipped via USPS and will be processed Monday - Friday. The speed at which a merchandise order arrives depends on distance from our shop and the USPS First Class and Parcel Post delivery schedule. In general, most merchandise orders are processed within 24-48 hours and take 3-4 business days transit time to reach your home/office/etc.

COOKBOOK orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped Monday-Friday using USPS Priority Mail Padded Envelopes. In general, most cookbooks orders arrive in two business days.

We are shipping to all states except Hawaii and Alaska.

We will not be shipping on the following Holidays:
