Combine in an oven-proof baking dish.
Topping
In separate bowl combine using a pastry blender. Sprinkle on top fruit mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra sweetness.
This light and summery take on sangria will make your guests smile.
In a glass pitcher, chill fruit, sugar, liqueur, and wine for several hours. When ready to serve, pour into glasses and top off with club soda, be sure to add a couple pieces of fruit to each glass.
Better plan on seconds when these burgers are on the grill!
Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Form into patties, Grill over coals till cooked till desired doneness.
Serve on an onion bun, top with crispy french-fried onions, sliced sharp Cheddar cheese, chopped or sliced red onions, pickle slices (either dill, sweet, bread-and-butter – or any combination of them you like) and top the whole thing with our amazing barbeque sauce (recipe for the barbeque sauce be posted on our website on 6/30!)
