This decadent raspberry treat makes the perfect, cool summer dessert. Not only simple to make, but amazing tasting!
Place marshmallow crème, sour cream, and almond extract in a very large mixing bowl. Mix well. Stir in pineapple, fresh lemon juice and zest, and 2 C. raspberries. Add cake pieces and mix gently. Place mixture, in layers, in a serving dish. Top with 1 C. raspberries, whipped cream, and almonds. Chill until ready to serve. (Make and serve the same day!)
This is a wonderful way to use leftovers in a delicious and simple dish! You can improvise as much as you want and can add other leftovers like green bean casserole or sweet potatoes - be creative!
Butter a deep 9” x 13” casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread potatoes on bottom of dish, sprinkle turkey and half of stuffing evenly, on top. Spread cranberry sauce over turkey. Place cheese slices over cranberries. Whisk soup, sour cream, milk, and poultry seasoning together and pour over cheese. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix and french fried onions on top. Pour gravy/wine or butter/wine/broth on top. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly. Cool for 10 min. before serving.
This is a Christmas Eve classic at Linda Hundt's vast buffet table. Enjoy with crusty bread or butter crackers.
Mix all ingredients except for nuts with mixer until completely blended. Mold mixture in log shape and roll in nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
