So tender and delicous!

• 4 well-marbled New York strip steaks
• ¾ C. teriyaki sauce
• ¾ C. balsamic salad dressing (I used Ken’s)
• Montreal Steak Seasoning

Mix marinade in a bowl and set aside. Place steaks in a casserole pan in a single layer. Poke 5-6 holes in the steak with a knife. Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning, pushing it into the steak with your fingers. Pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours, turning them at least once. Remove from pan, and grill them to perfection. Yum!!

Simple and red, white, and blue!

• 1 pint fresh blueberries, washed
• 1 quart fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced
• Orange zest
• Orange blossom honey

Mix fruit together. Sprinkle with orange zest and drizzle with honey. Eat immediately.

• ½ tsp. garlic salt
• ¼ tsp. pepper
• 2 C. cucumbers, seeded, chopped into fine cubes
• 2 C. tomatoes, seeded, chopped into fine cubes
• ¼ C. red onion, chopped fine
• ½ C. fresh basil, minced
• 1/3 C. feta cheese
• 1 ripe avocado, cubed

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour dressing over the salad to taste, mix thoroughly, refrigerate till ready to serve.
 

Dressing –  Marzetti’s lemon vinaigrette, lemon zest, 2 Tbsp. shaved parmesan cheese (optional).
