Mango Raspberry Crisp

Not your ordinary fruit crisp. Super delicious!

3 mangos-peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
8 oz. raspberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour

Combine in an oven-proof baking dish.

Topping

¾ C. flour
1/3 C. sugar
2/3 C. nuts (pecans and hazelnuts work well)
Pinch of salt
6 Tbsp. cold butter

In separate bowl combine using a pastry blender. Sprinkle on top fruit mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra sweetness.
